I'm not sure why but a couple of days ago I noticed one of our quail was limping. I don't know how old she is 'cause the guy we got them from didn't separate the age groups.
Is there something we can do for her?

Possibly. Does she appear to be a juvenile or an adult? Have you examined the bottoms of her feet, and if so, are there one or more dark spots on it that you cannot simply wash off? Does she have good mobility in the hip/ankle joints that she seems to favor?
She is an adult. I don't see any spots or swelling... she sits with her foot forward some to not put much weight on it... she was actually hoping today instead of shuffling herself along like she was a couple of days ago... my wife said she's been favoring that leg for almost a week now ... she said shes moving a little better than she was.
