coturnix quail questions

No permit for coturnix, you will need one for bobwhite or ringneck pheasant , but not other pheasant, or other quail.

Some, but you will still end up losing quite a bit. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it isn't too good in the end. They are really too fragile to ship, but that's just me.
