Coughing/ Wheezing?

A couple of my roosters have started to cough/ wheez. As far as I can tell only rooster are doing it. What is it and how do I fix it?

I've noticed this too with one of my banty roosters. I had a "seasonal sneezer"- she only sneezed in the winter when the coop was boarded up. Make sure the coop is well ventilated or they can develop respiratory issues.
