Looks to be a mixed breed to me - possibly a red sex link.

Red Sex Links are mixed breed birds who are created using a specific cross (red roo over silver hen) - the purpose is chicks which hatch with colors that make it possible to tell male from female with a glance (females hatch reddish, males hatch white).....thus the name, sex-link as their sex is linked to their color. They can be sold as any number of names from golden comets, red stars, cinnamon queens, etc - think of it like the names people stick on designer dogs, lol.
