could be pipping!

Hey Lacrystol did you see in that big post above about assisting the picture with the duckling with an unabsorbed yolk in a cup of water to help it absorb??? Have you tried that before??

I need to get on my computer so I can read through that part better....

I don't believe there's water. He's just in a cup to hold him upright until he finishes absorbing

I noticed that the one duckling has a pronounced crest. Are both parents crested? If so, your hatch rate might be low, overall, and some of the ducklings might have difficulty. Just thought you might want to know so you can be prepared. Even if only one parent has a crest, there might be some difficulties.

Your first two look really good, so far.

My ladies are Pekin and my boy is crested. I luvs him, he's a social butterfly haha.he follows, chases, waits, picks, and lets me pick him up alot. He's spoiled haha!

The 3rd egg pipped through the shell yesterday but no visible hole yet, just the pyramid shape from breaking shell. It's been almost 24hrs now for it. But it's still rockin and rollin :) being patient! ^_^
