Could my banty Cochins be frizzled or is it wishful imagination?

So these three were out of a "Bantam Assortment" from a hatchery that does sell Frizzle Cochins. As day olds they were simply fluffy down covered things. Now, they are almost a week old, and have little wings. Two of them...aren't appearing the way every other chick I have had. Now these are my first Cochins so maybe it's just a Cochin trait, but they are coming out with the feathers kind of projected outward. In the photo with all three, the top one is the one whose wings are coming in "normal". I would LOVE for them to be frizzle, but I'll still be happy if they aren't!

All three look frizzled to me. Frizzled bantam cochins are the cutest. I have a red pullet and a white cockerel. They are a little ball of attitude too though. I thought they'd have the same temperament as the silkies, but they don't.

Frizzles! Did you order them from Ideal? Because I ordered some from then and they just had the nicest frizzling I'd ever seen!
