Could my splash marans be frizzled?

All 4 of my splash marans feathers look like this. Could they end up being frizzled or is this just from the vitamin deficiency they had(this one never exhibited symptoms like the other 3)

It just looks like messy juvenile feathering to me. I bet it'll straighten out and they'll look a lot prettier once their feathers are all grown in

Oh, good! I was hoping it wasn't frizzling. It looks so different from our others and, like you said, messy, I was beginning to wonder.
