Could rickets cause underbite beaks and inability to walk/stand in chicks??

Yuppers, 4 weeks old. Started out on one leg, seemed to limp with crooked foot, then both. Gets around as fast as the others, and gets the bugs more than expected. Just looks more of a growth issue. Was normal up until about 1 1/2 weeks old. Plenty of vitamins in food. We just call him Gimp.
