I think I see saddle feathers starting to come in, that would make him a very handsome cockerel.

Some hens can get saddle feathers and curved tails this I'd lean more toward female tbh

All hens get saddle feathers. So do all males. They're just shaped differently. Females cannot get male's pointed flowing saddles, likewise; males cannot get female's floofy rounded ones.
