Could this 3 wk old Buff Rock be a rooster?

I agree. Too early. You can tell around 8 weeks usually (silkies are exceptions!).

With that comb at 3 weeks, I'd bet you've got a little cockerel there. Too big and too pink for a girlie girl.

I have to agree with rooster. This is probably the earliest you can tell. You'll no for sure that he's a rooster in 2-4 weeks.
