She ( I hope) has dark brown legs, could it be a barnevelder? Can barnevelders be feather sexed?

No, I don't think so. It looks more like a partridge rock to me.

They are now 8 weeks old. Updated pics of them here :

And yes, I ended up with lots of boys. 9 boys, 4 girls from 3 different sources/lines.​

Imma thinking the partridge rocks - thats what I thought when I did some researching - I heard they are great personality birds - and make excellent pets (and layers too of course)
