Could this hurt my chickens? Molded Hay??

Oh wow, thats really scary now. I'll be checking on them all day tomorrow if I see them acting funny what should I do for them? Some of my 7 month old silkies were out there digging and eating it too!!!

I dont know what to do. That was how i learned about it myself. I really think yours are going to be ok.....and i dont want to scare you. I just wanted you to be aware for the future. When yours are all fine, you might have not considered it a threat the next time. I am sure it also matters how much they eat. I dont know as much about the mold on hay, but the mold on feed is called Mycotoxicosis. I dont know if one is more toxic than the other, but i will fear all molds when it comes to my chickens. If i find anything about Hay molds i will let you know.
