yes. They will tell you the ship date. Usually the post office takes 2-3 days to ship them, so you'll receive them 2-3 days after the ship date on the website. But always confirm with the hatchery if you are unsure.

Why would you put silve and brown leghorn chicks in the same bin when you know your people wont know the difference between them? The other TSC I'm close to did this, la sigh.

I like this idea of thinking in terms of weeks, it seems shorter somehow! 8 weeks 5 days for me.

Mine are due in 6 days! Ship date is supposed to be this Wednesday, with delivery on Friday! I'm thinking I need to add 3 more chicks from the local feed store next week, too. That would give me 12 chicks, with 3 going to my granddaughter.

Three Barred Rocks, three "Grey-Star" hybrids, and three Welsummer pullets. I'm also going to try to get three olive eggers at a local feed store, too.
