I keep thinking...my chicks could be hatching rut now...in the next twenty four hours they will be born and soon they will come home. I'm praying they have a safe flight her and the journey is quick and easy . Best wishes to everyone getting their babies this week...hope the weather turns nicer and we all get healthy babies

I am so excited for you all. I know I was so anxious this close to getting my babies I couldnt sit still. I was checking and rechecking the brooder temps and making sure I had everything I needed for them and cleaning and recleaning lol. I hope you all are fairing better than this momma did...

My first chicks were at the first of the year, and I was so anxious a week before. I could hardly concentrate!! I probably called the breeder 3 times the day before to make sure everyone was hatched and I could head out to get them. It was a 3 hour drive, but totally worth it! Now my first babies have babies!

I'm expecting chicks this week from Murry McMurry. I think they will be here Wednesday at the earliest. 25 RIR pullets, 3 roo's and of course that one mystery chick!
