Counting Days

Hello All!
Got a question about counting incubating days. I have some Pekin duck eggs in an incubator and looking to get an accurate count to day 25. Is the day that the eggs are placed in the incubator counted as day 1 or is day 1 calculated starting 24 hrs later...(full day) Thanks

Day one is after 24 hours. Set eggs on Monday, hatch day is 28 days later, on a Monday.
