Taakaa gave up on waiting on her clan mates and went in search of some larger prey to fill her belly. She was laying low under a fallen tree, eying a Jack rabbit playing in the grass.

Taakaa sniffed the air cautiously. who is that I smell she thought. Narrowing her eyes she watched this yote across the field. A small growl escaped her lips as she lunged for the rabbit.
