Wow wow wow, these babies are adorable! .
I just love how they strike such a pose for you! "Yes I'm very cute, get my good side please"

Thank you! They usually pose, but they're also camera shy (not talking about the diva). I had to work with then for quite a while to get them to pose for the camera. It's a labour of love

Princess Looking so Serene

All I really wanted to see
A blue egg so pretty,
But Princess has refused to lay
She says "no way Jefé",
The girls lay in all shades of brown along with white and green
O-oh Princess looking so serene, and very mean,

I asked her very pretty please
The days are growing short,
She looked me right back in the eye
I swear I heard her snort,
I think she's holding out until she gets a chicken fort!

She is the oddest bird sometimes
She doesn't even bawk,
Her looks quite often make you think
She ought to be a hawk,
One day she'll lay and maybe then we'll both let out a squawk!

I've actually been meaning to ask you certain things about hatching serama chicks with an incubator. Will probably start the hatch along thread much sooner, since I'm hoping it'll be a serama/HAL thread, coming back to the same thread every time I set. The questions are mostly about lockdown, whether or not I should do lockdown earlier. If so, I'll have to re-do my calculations for the fifth time ( @TwoCrows )
