cracked duck eggs...candle wax?

My egg had a hole in it I did wax it with a birthday candle but what if wax gets into the hole? I think it might have in the process of trying to close it.... BEFORE

I've used beeswax but had better luck with nail polish. Just make sure to let it dry completely before you put it in the turner. I sometimes put a piece of paper on the repair, otherwise it will stick in the turner and big problems.

Awesome thanks....but with the candle wax getting in the cracks of the egg will that be a problem?
