If there's ANY chance that your temps have been low, wait until day 25 with no pipping or hatching before discarding unless the eggs start to smell or seep. Once they start to hatch, I wait until 3 days after the last one hatches before discarding unhatched eggs. Several posts have recorded fishing baby chicks out of the trash heap where they had discarded the eggs and they hatched late...

Woow Thankyou farming chick....Ive now got some new hope. My therometere could be giving out wrong temp so it could be low. I just took it for granted that it was right.

No smells or seeping so I think that is a good sign also.
