She still has those last tail feathers comin in (she is young), looks like they are gonna be black gold laced maybe?

That looks like extremely bad blue laced red to me. I'd call it "rainbow" for lack of a better term.

It is a pullet....at least the rooster she was with was pretty sure

(I only question because I am dealing with bad illness in my flock, and I have a young roo that will pounce on the occasional unfortunate deceased)

That is a boy, and some roos will "do the deed" to express dominance. IFF you can be 100% positive that "she" has laid an egg, I will retract my gender assessment.

Anyways, looks like a blue partridge or blue wheaten.
