Crazy Egg Chain

I had shipped some eggs to OnTheSpot and her mail lady slam dunked them over a 6' privacy fence onto her concrete drive! We were both mortified!
My cat knocked 2 and 1/2 dozen off my kitchen table and then I have had 3 broodies and my black cochins have not laid an egg in over 2 months!

It's just not been real good lately

I makeing peopel wait too. I have three doz gueineas eggs I got to get out but my birds have discided to hide their eggs somewhere.

It must be the slow egg-conomy....LOL I've been waiting forever for my B/S Rosecombs to lay enough so I could ship a prepaid order(finally got that done today), and my Buff Brahma Bantams have all but quit laying. Not enough to ship at one time. Other folks I have talked to are all telling the same story. Every time we get a cold night or a storm, the girls just won't lay. We're looking at a nice week ahead with warm, steady temps, and no rain, so I'm hoping they'll get back on track.

I wouldn't mind having to wait for someone as long as the seller keeps in touch with me and doesn't lie to me(I really hate that!). I guess now that I am selling, I understand better the anxiety a seller feels to get those eggs out as fast as possible, but have extras and the freshest eggs possible. It really is a stressful job, lol.

How about this one for you: I was going to have both my current obligations met ... as mentioned, one has not returned my messages, must be out of town or something. I was still going to ship out the other with plenty of extras to make up for being so very very late. Well, I have been out of town and my family has been collecting eggs. Well, is everybody sitting down? (I wish I had been) The sent the wrong eggs to the neighbors AND MY BEAUTIFUL SERAMA EGGS BECAME EGG SALAD!!!!!!!

I have people waiting on orders for my d'uccles and BEI/Call eggs. Both have slowed down just enough that I can't collect for orders in three days time (which is what I like to do) AND I've misplaced my list of people who have already paid for eggs... So, tomorrow is massive clean my desk day LOL

HA ha! Found it! My daughter was using the notebook for coloring. In permanent marker, all over my list!! But, I think I can decipher my writing from her 3 year old drawings!!

I do still have these offers up, and can fill one between orders!
20+ coturnix eggs (Jumbo, A&M, Tuxedo, Range, Pharoah, and Manchurian; would be a few weeks on the last 4 varieties though)
4+ BEI/Call duck eggs
6+ BBS Silkies and MF d'uccles (can do just silkies, but would have to fill 2 other orders first!)
