Crazy peanut butter question

Wow- I never imagined this would get to the 2 page thread post! Thanks for the link to the peanut butter mixer... and I like the bigger jar idea too. I have tried leaving it upside down in the pantry before I open the jar... I still manage to squish it up and over the rim most times- ending up with dry peanut butter in the bottom of the jar like someone else posted! I'm probably too impatient. When the 5 yr old is whining that they are starving you know how it can be (and how fascinating it is that they are "starving" when they just had a snack an hour before). Thanks for all of the great ideas everyone!

You just have to go slow at it. I use a knife and stick it straight down in the middle, while moving it to the side slightly so the oil kind of goes down into the peanut butter. Then just stir it slowly and refrigerate it after you open it and get it stirred.
