Crazy weird feather loss!

So by 10 feet square do you mean 10'x10' which is actually 100 sq ft?
I'm still not seeing or reading much to be concerned about.
Your coop can comfortably hold 25 to 30 birds depending on flock dynamics. You are feeding a good % protein. I'll assume you don't go nuts with unnecessary treats.
Why do you think they aren't molting? Three of mine are just finishing up partial molts and they are 9.5 months old.
it's actually 5 by 2 and a half feet. One of my chickens also had a partial molt. I thought that they probably weren't molting, since they didn't start on their head, but maybe they are molting. The other reason I don't think they're molting is because I haven't seen any pin feathers. I don't think they're molting, but I guess there is always a chance. Do you think I should feed them some protein rich food? Thanks for all the help!

You already have them on a good protein level food provided you are not feeding a bunch of treats.
How many birds do you have in that tiny coop? Can you post pictures of it inside and out?

They eat agrimaster 18% protein layer pellets and their coop is about ten square feet. Sorry, the pictures aren't terrific, it's snowing outside. If I get a chance I'll get more pictures later.
I have five chickens in there at night only. Here's more pictures:
