Here are some mixes with EE .

Oh they're beautiful! That's exciting and encouraging thanks for responding! Are they laying yet? If so, what color eggs are you getting?

They lay a blue with a slight green tint .

I have not but when I had SFH my experience was that they improved anything that I crossed them with.  I would expect a SFH/CL cross to lay green eggs based on the cream to light brown eggs that the SFH lay mixed with the blue of the CL.

I think I'll give that a whirl then. I have a CL cockrel and two non crested sfh.

Hello!! Neptune is 15 weeks old and is still not crowing....or laying eggs! Lol what does everyone think? I'm at a loss...

Looks like a cockrel to me. Ya can't really go by crowing as I have a jubilee orp that's 6months and not a peep out of him and my welsummer was crowing but since I got my 7month old CL and my free range bcmXgamr cock crowing and showing their hind ends he hasn't Crowed in over a month.

There is really no doubt that this is a cockerel. Comb, red shoulders, sickle saddle feathers. Sorry.

He's a cockrel. What I was saying in a nut shell is maybe you have a dominate roo(s) around and he's holding the crowing back for now, or a late bloomer.

Has anyone crossed their Cream Legbar rooster with a Golden Laced Wyandotte?? Here are my crossed at 3 weeks. 2 are more colorful and have pinker combs. The other 2 are less colorful and have no pink in the comb. Hmmmm.....I look forward to seeing then feather out.

If you cross a cream legbar with a non auto-sexing rooster... will the babies be non sex-linked as well?
