Cream legbar pullet?

I am sorry, but I agree that it appears to be a cockerel. But IMO it doesn’t really look like a Legbar. The legs and beak are the wrong color, the chest feathers are not barred, the body feathers look a bit reddish, and the head is very dark. Maybe it is an (accidental) cross?
For reference, here is my legbar cockerel as a youngster

Maybe mine was an accidental cross and that’s why even with the darker head is a roo? I see that the beak is the wrong colour for sure. T

I’d agree... not legbar... I only know of cream, Opal, and white (frosted)
Here are a few photos of my flock you can tell the difference... crests developed about at 6-8 weeks I think the photo of the two birds alone are both cockerels hatched mid April

The breeder says she thinks it is a hen. I was thinking the same as everyone here that 1) It is a rooster and 2) the colouring isn’t right and it has no crest but like I said I haven’t had one before so I thought maybe it was due to its age and the colouring would change. I am going to have her send me a photo of her other legbars for reference.

These are her other birds. Thoughts?
