This is the little yellow one that has a white spot on his noggin. He came with my CLs as an extra. He's much lighter than the other little cockerel in my shipment. Can anyone tell if he could be a CL?

I see barring , a head spot , single comb and a small bump on his head . I would say Legbar cockerel .
