Cream Legbars

Yep- antimicrobal and packed with good enzymes as long as it hasn't been pasturized or adulterated. And good forever as long as it doesn't get any moisture in it. They have found sealed pots of honey in tombs in Egypt that was STILL GOOD! It's amazing stuff. I'm using it liberally right now to settle a cough.

I was told recently, to use local honey to help deal with local allergens. Not sure on the full merits of it, but it did sound interesting.

If you are allergic to something the bees collect from then local honey can definitely help. One tsp morning and night for 2 weeks; by then if it's going to help you will know. If you are allergic to something wind pollinated like grass or environmental like dust it won't help.

Nope ragweed is wind pollinated. Bees do end up with some of its pollen just not much. You could try honey, you want some harvested during the season that bothers you most for the best results.
