Cream Legbars

anyone have rees line breeding age?
I have a trio of Rees(not for sale). I need to take some updated pics of them soon.

They are of breeding age but the pullets have not started laying yet. They are almost 7months old. Im hoping they start laying soon

I've got four hens and a rooster that are 18 weeks old here in Pennsylvania. Any educated guesses on when they will start laying and also when I may start getting some fertile eggs suitable for hatching?
Thanks.

It's going to depends lots on your weather. Anytime between now and 24 weeks is normal, but some pullets wait longer if the weather is harsh and dark. If the pullets are with the rooster the first eggs will most likely be fertile, but I would not recommend hatching those. Some people wait a week or so and then start collecting eggs for a test hatch for fertility. Some wait a few weeks then start hatching. Some wait until 2 years since the chicks will be stronger and healthier. I like to do a test hatch early on (between 1-3 months after they reach POL), just in case something happens to the parent stock. Then I like to wait until later for serious hatching. It's totally up to you though :D
