It is interesting to see such light colored cockerel chicks. Are the Rees line boys all looking like that?

Im not too sure on Rees chick coloring yet but I am setting eggs from my Rees line next week so I will know soon enough what the chicks will look like. Fingers crossed for a good hatch

I cant see the comb in these pics, but the other pic you posted previously it looked like a flat rose comb.

I'm not currently but I'm getting a cream legbar chick at Easter, idk, what do you want to know to do with the UK?

Here is a closer picture of that pullett's comb. I can feel a very slight rough ridge at the top but I don't see any serrations yet. It's almost as if She doesn't have a comb. Could that mean it's a rose comb? What would that mean as far as the SOP?

The chick looks to have a rose comb, smooth on the bottom with a slight bump on the top. May I ask who your source was? There is a fellow BYC member who is working on a rose combed Cream Legbar, maybe it is possible you got some of those? If not it is likely you have a mixed breed chick...

I got them from Greenfire Farms from the Jill Rees line. Here is another from that same shipment. She has a teeny comb that I can see.
