You'd have to grow whole bunches out to 8 months old and select from them you'd need a lot of room

I bet they would be smaller if it didn't get so hot in the summer here. Stupid semi arid high plains! Hot in summer and cold in winter, but at least we don't face much humidity!

I currently have three greenfire farms breeds.. bielfelder 55 flowery hens and cream leg bars. All three breeds are beautiful healthy birds.I have order chickens from three or four hatcheries and unfortunately had the worst experience with greenfire. I think they wait a few days to ship their birds. I have ordered 100 at a time from cackle and mcmurray with no losses. I have ordered three times now with greenfire and always end up with a few dead. while their birds are beautiful as they come be prepared for a few losses within the box
