Cream Legbars

I love his crest obviously he's double crest gene as was his dad
I wanted a roo with a huge crest for my project pen comb did not matter as the project will be breeding for tiny comb eventually

So that's where Scooter is going lol
See my thought on him, Bad looker makes good breeder!

True enough on the barring, I wonder what he would do mated to a decent hen to improve barring and combs on females with smaller combs and crests. Might make a good breeding cock for the right hens.

He will be in a pen with this unrelated golden crele hen who has perfect wing and tail carriage

The project birds will be in there two of course but three clb hens too

She has a big crest! It's lovely though, but large and lovely. I have only a couple who have comparable crests. And if Fabio ever grows back his crest after his big feather flying fight, it Will be pretty big.
Ralphie, should I bring pullets with both dark and light crests to Minnesota?
