Creating Crele Colored Chickens

My chick is fine now, it turned out to be a bit of indigestion of it's yolk. It was weird, & worried me for a while. I don't have a brooder at my house, I'll have to take them to my Grandpa's house where we keep our chickens.
You should have the brooder at your house. Hopefully your grandpa lives close.

Buff Orpington/Barred Rock crossed with Australorp.

If I haven't mentioned to anyone here, I'm trying to create a new line of black crele chickens, not the original.

What is a "black crele"?
Do you mean just a barred chicken?
You do know crele doesn't mean the same as barred?
You'll see what I mean, it's experimental. I always seem to forget add detail while I'm trying to explain something. I remember later on.

I have worked with and bred Crele Pendesencas. None of the birds you've produced are Crele. Not even "Project Crele" birds. There is nothing wrong with crossing various birds to make interesting mixed breed crosses. But there's simply no point in calling them something they aren't and then getting upset/berating those people who are trying to teach you by giving you the knowledge to actually accomplish what you say you're trying to accomplish. If you're just wanting to make cute chickens then just make a thread saying that's what you're doing and post photos of the interesting babies. Calling them something they aren't, arguing incessantly with people who have vastly more experience with genetics, and obsessively updating/bumping your own posts is just frustrating and causes people to ignore the post/thread. ;)

Did I just say I'm experimenting? :barnieI'm trying to create a black crele, not the original, I've read up on everything about crele. Don't judge my work, just showing some different chicks I hatched. Black crele will be different then the average Black Barred chicken. I'm just into different barred colorations. Wait for the results before you say something like that too somebody.:rant

Plus, I'm not obsessively posting updates. :he nothing is impossible, remember that, plus you don't need the exact genetics to produce something. I bet if you took a DNA test of each crele chicken out there, you'd find alot of various differences within the genetic make up.<-------Make that your goal?:tongue
