His chick down says heterozygous wildtype/wheaten(e+/eWh) Silver Golden(S/s+ Silver gold cross) and heterozygous Columbian(Co/co+) I would say the result of a Buff Orp with a Silver hen.

He's actually a silver duckwing phoenix bantam crossed with a Mille Fleur D'Uccle.

Wow! Nicalandia made a very accurate predictions!
One of the only differences is the fact that there is mottling in the mille fluer, which would not be expressed.
The feather legs make sense for this cross, of course.
