Looks like a Moorhead blue partridge with recessive white in the neck.

You're welcome. It looks very simular to the Moorhead Silver partridge.

It is fascinating how you always jump to the most unlikely breed and/or variety to believe your birds are but I'm curious why did you come up with RJF?
