Our first time owning guineas. The guy selling them weren't nice to his birds. He had five turkeys crammed in a large flat chicken transport cage, they were walking, & climbing all over each other. He'd also pretty much slam other birds crates on top of the others.

If the chickens I got today are red jungle fowl, I'd be happy, cuz I've been wanting some for awhile. The guy that was giving them away didn't know what they were, & had too many of them to keep. There was at least 20, maybe 30 of the birds to choose from. There was more pullets then cockerels in the doggy crate.

fwiw, that is awesome!! Remember to keep the guineas "penned" for AT LEAST 2 months or so, that way they know your place is home. They will travel some, that's just what they do... but mine know my house is home and they always come back... ALL 18 of 'em!

Btw, your guineas are of the Pearl color... mine are pearls too

2 months seem extreme in a small cage. We need to clip their wings so they don't fly out of the yard.
They'll be sharing a large coop, & run with turkeys, & chickens.
