When I get my new coop built (construction hasnt begun yet, I've got to get some trees cut out of the way) I'm thinking of calling it "The Hollandaise Inn" as a play off of Hollandaise sauce (which is made from egg yolks and some other stuff) and the Holiday Inn.

We just finished building our coop and DH wants to use Casa de Huevos, which I think is pretty darn cute. I just found this post and see so many creative names, and we are sitting here giggling!
