I love Dutch Baby Pancakes.

6 eggs
4Tbsp butter
c milk
1c flour

Preheat oven to 450. In an oven proof pan melt the butter till it starts to brown. Whisk up all other ingredients. Pour into the browning butter and pop in the oven for 16-20 minutes. It will puff up huge in the oven and start to sink as soon as you take it out. Eat with syrup or however you have your pancakes. For an extra special treat add some sugar and cinnamon to the melting butter.
ok, it's 11 at night and now I need to go make pancakes...

My family likes "cowboy quiche". My local WalMart sells hash brown squares that have been already cooked but are frozen, I drop a hash brown in a oven proof bowl, one for each person. We all seem to like different things so each person gets to put in their veggies, ham, cheese, bacon, or whatever. Drop a serving of stuff on top of the hash brown, just don't fill it over the top of your bowl. Then I mix 5 or 6 eggs, salt, pepper, 1/3 cup or so of milk and pour it over the top of your bowl. I will sometimes sprinkle cheese on top or put a half of another hash brown on top. (I use this to keep up with each persons dish, I can remember the one with hash brown on top has no meat in it.) It is a very forgiving recipe and easy to play with to make your own. Depending on the size of your bowls you may need fewer or maybe more eggs and milk. Bake at 350 for about an hour.
And it is very easy to clean up after.
Enjoy!

What kind of pan do you use?? Like a pie pan for each person or..?

That hash brown quiche sounds great and kid friendly to boot!

For my Dutch babies I use my cast iron pan. They always come out nicely and the 4T of butter keeps it from sticking. I've also done it in corningware and it came out well but not as crisoy around the edges.
