I'm happy to see that people are saying it's a pullet. :) This is my favorite chick out of the 6 new ones we have and I really want to keep it... can't have roosters where I am.

Can anyone tell me how you know the difference in this breed?
 
Look at a chick's crown. Cockerels' crowns will turn red and get quite large very quickly and they will also have waddle development very early. While some pullets will also have crown development, it will remain yellow. I don't have Legbars personally, but my Leghorn hen developed a large comb quite young, but I knew she was a female due to the fact it never changed from yellow to red until she was about 12 ish weeks old.
