Hello!

I know CCL are auto-sexing, and I'm thinking my chick in question here is a little gal, but I've never had CCL chicks before and wanted to ask the experts. The chick in question has a lot of the "chipmunk" markings of the females and the more distinct coloring, but it also shows some gray on the wings similar to my one that I know is a male. Does the chick in question seem to lean female to other folks? The chicks are three days old.

Definitely a pullet. The back chipmunk stripe is large but it is very defined and she has the bold eyeliner.
Your male has very nice markings by the way!

That's great to hear on his markings. I won't be able to keep him, unfortunately, but I'm hoping if he can't go to a friend of mine, that there might be someone else in my area that would be interested. I'll look to find him a good home when that time comes. He's one of my favorites to watch.
