Crested Cream Legbar Cross

A little difficult to tell since the combs aren't single. You'll def have to wait a bit on sexing these ones.
Got it. I’m not too familiar with the different combs yet. What kind of combs would these have? Or would it be a toss up?

If the white male has dark skin.. that can be sex linked over light skinned females! (separate from the barring).. female offspring would be dark skinned and males light skinned.. I believe it may take a few days to develop more clearly.
Interesting! Yes our male has dark skin. Where would you most clearly be able to see skin color?

.A little more research makes it *seem* more complicated than I was originally thinking.. but still understandable.. I'll provide a few links for review..

This one has pics and descriptions of how and when it's easiest seen with some details I would have been clueless about..

Maybe @JacinLarkwell or @Amer will be able to share their experience. TIA

Ah, I'm reminded that white plumage itself has some tricks up it's sleeve.. chicken genetics.. so many interesting details to try and keep straight.. so much learning FUN and adventure! :wee

I use armpits after about 3 or 4 days with my sexlinks. They will either be a normal color and male, or a grayish color and female

Thank you for sending those links! I’m definitely new to chicken genetics, and I’m just trying to learn as much as a can

These are different crosses, but if they do sexlink, yours should resemble these armpit colorwise
