Crested Guinea Fowl

Does anyone know anything about these birds? I read that they are really mean. Is that true? Does anyone own any or know someone who does?
Do they control ticks and stuff like regular guineas? What are the differences in the two??
Any information would be good.

You wouldn't want to free range them, they are pretty expensive. My friends are not aggressive. Look him up and give him a call. His name is Doug and he is at D&M Farms and his BYC name is D&MFarms.
