Crested Polish with scaly, wrinkled skin around her eyes

I have a crested polish with very scaly & wrinkled skin around her eyes. It looks like she molted a bit around her neck recently, but everything is growing in fine. She has been a sickly-sort of gal, but always pulls through. Help - it's bad enough she can't see very well with all those fethers in the way! I'll get a pic up ASAP.

A pic would be very helpful. Are you sure it's not conjunctivitis? You might to clip those feather to take a closer look.
