Critter cam suggestions

Any new news on the firebug creep next door...? I've been thinking often lately , how terrible a situation...!!

I have security cameras around my property that work well in the dark. I had a critter get a couple of my girls before I put my electric fence up. I put a camera on my barn where I found the body. I never did find out as it didn't come back when the camera was out there but the picture quality was very good.

It seems many of the critter cams just record to an SD card. I'd like to find a good one with motion sensitivity, infared night vision, and wifi so I can monitor and automatically save images to my computer or view them over the web. I know DLink and linksys make cameras that do that, but they are low rez (640x480). Anyone have experience with them, are they sufficient? How do they hold up outdoors over time?

Any other suggestions for something with all those features that won't break the bank?

Moultrie makes a system , just what your looking for, a little pricy, but a very good system

is that a cougar?

Oops sorry. I just joined. Guess I'll need to spend time educating myself on proper manners here. It's all new to me. I was addressing this '?' to post #8's picture.

I'll be back after I learn a little. Love it so far!!

I ended up going with Foscam and Blue Iris software, plus IP Cam Viewer for my smart phone. It works pretty well, neat to be able to log on from my phone anywhere and check up on them. However, Foscams can be tricky and flaky, you need a good streak of geek to keep them running. (I had to mess with port forwarding, frame rate, security settings, custom antennas...)
