Start a new thread first off.
I copied and pasted from the swap befor this one and just changed it where it needed to be changed.
Set a deadline for sign ups and a deadline for when they have to be turned in to you.
Decide what you want to be swapping. I just took an unofficial vote sort of. Didn't like the idea of telling everyone what to be making so I got several opinions first.
I think that's it. Just ask if you have any questions or pm me.
