Crochet 2009 Fall Hexagon swap. SIGNUPS CLOSED

How nice to have so many new folks in this swap!!! Welcome!!!

I am normally compulsive about getting my swap stuff done really early but I haven't started on these at all, I'll probably save them to do during my lunch hours at work, they work up pretty fast and I have alot of bright cotton yarns. Probably make great tote bags or those roll of sausage shaped pillows that are so popular now!!

Pillows!! Now, I hadn't thought to make friendship pillows with my squares!! Nor bags! Just the usual.. Blanket and shawl.
Hmm, wonder how many pillows I can get on the couch? Hahaha! Ooo! I can whip them up and spread them out to all the beds! Yeah! Thanks SE!

Must start new one in the morning! Shall have some by afternoon, if weather cooperates! LOL!!
Thanks!

I've not done hexagons in about 8 years. I think I still have directions for some fancy ones.

OK, I'm back from the Wisconsin northwoods! I got about a dozen hexes on the plane flights there and back, so we better get a lot more folks sign up or I won't have anything to do!

I'm new to BYC and being involved with posting things. I'm sure there are others out there like me. I need some more info about this.....how does it work? Is there a pattern available? Could you give me more info? I enjoy crocheting but have never been involved in any kind of swap.

Look at the very first post on page 1 of this thread--it will fill you in on how this swap works. You can find a hexagon pattern by googling crochet hexagon--that is how I found all of mine. Hope you decide to participate
