I got a few more done lastnight, I'm up to 30 1/2, just have to finish that one. And hopefully I'll get some more done today before I leave for my women's retreat.

Just thought I'd share with you, my DH, MIL, FIL were talking and he told them that I was hookin, what's funny is my MIL is a stripper (strip quilter), so I guess it kinda runs in the family! LOL

Hey im still here....im somewhere around 50 squares,finished a blanket and started sewing curtains for my bedroom so been kind of busy.Heres some belated Easter pics for all you happy hookers.

Life is insanely busy right now, but I've squeaked 8 squares out and have the rest started. I'll hit at least 20 if not 30.

Question though- mine are working out to be 5.5" instead of 6". Is it better to have them be a smidge too big or a smidge too small? I can add another round on the outside, but I think it will make them a bit over 6".

I've got the day off! I may just sit here all day hookin'!

If they are a bit to small and do not "pull out" you can always put a SC round around the sq. That does not add as much as a DC round would.

I have been getting any hooking done today, the last day of break. Here is what I did today instead:

It is for a baby shower I am hosting tomorrow (gotta get that afghan done!) It didn't turn out as good as I wanted it, any suggestions?
