This hooker had a funny night last night, I was sitting out in the yard in my reclining yard chair, watch the fire(burning some brush clean up) and was just hooking away, I had 3 of my hens that decided to sit with me one on the arm of the chair one at my feet and one on the back of the chair. well sometime I feel asleep, and all the chickens were still out, I was woke up be my hubby taking a picture of me around 2:45 am, apperantly everyone of my chickens that were loose 25 of them had roosted one or around me, and during that time one of the guineas had got its self tangled in my yarn ball and when it went to roost in the tree it took most of my yarn with it. So here I was with my chickens all snuggled up with me and the guinea running off with my yarn ball. SO if anyone gets a square with dirt, leaves, or feathers on it I'm sorry but I could not help myself.

I will post it in a day or two as I am in the middle of a project with my daugthers school and I have to down load all those pics and search through them for it but I will most definently post it as soon as I can. At least now I know my chickens love me too. Queen feather Brain is what my DH is calling me now.

What is everyone sending their squares in? I'm thinking they aren't going to fit into a big brown envelope, but maybe they will?? I don't mind paying the difference in the postage. what I can't figure out is since our dollar value is pretty much equal to the american dollar value now, how come it still costs us almost double the postage? ie) our stamps cost about 54 cents approx. to send anywhere in Canada, but to send something to the states, it costs at least a dollar per stamp. Oh well, I'm just looking forward to getting all my wonderful squares from all my BYC friends!!
