There are no cat or dog hairs on your black pillow. This is a serious design flaw in your living room. On the other hand, it means that your projects are a lot cleaner than ours.

The front half of the house is gated off to keep all the dog hair in the back half of the house! Which is where I spend most of my time. (When I’m not crocheting)

I ran out of yarn again so I’m back to the never ending blanket

My current ball of yarn is down to about two yards. I too have to go back to my big blanket. I have two more skeins of that.

One hour, and I have done just over one side. Granted, I was on the phone part of the time, but that is still sooooo sad.

Go ahead! I have about 2/3 of a blanket worth of granny squares that have been in my closet for 21 years. Every few years I take some out and weave in a few yarn ends. That’s not the fun part, but I’m trying to make myself get caught up on that before I make any more squares.

My first ever afghan took me 20 years to make! That’s because I started it in college and then set it aside while raising children. I guess my youngest (of 5) was about 6 when I got it out and finished it and then started the granny square one.
