My new WIP is this granny sweater:

I found the most gorgeous Mandala yarn at Walmart and that's what I'm using for this sweater. Surprisingly this is my first lion Brand yarn and it's amazing.

I used this YouTube video and followed it exactly for the panels even though my yarn is thinner and it turned out being a perfect fit. I modified the sleeves a bit by making the ribbing out of SL stitch, SC alternating instead of just SC. I think that made the sleeves wider and I love it that way.

I may have to give this one a go when I get the chance It looks super cute!

I'm the biggest WIP hoarder ever and I would like to present you to my 8 billion wips.

1. A purple no sew dragon that is taking way too long and I just started working on again yesterday after it sitting in my WIP pile for a month

2. I'm also starting a daisy blanket

3. My lovely granny sweater, I'm starting the body part of it now

4. This mesh sweater (also a pattern from kenikse crochet) that I need to finish in a month to give to my sister for her birthday

5.a baby sweater that I haven't touched in 2 weeks lol

I'm the same way, I get bored and move on the something else. This afgahn I needed to do 2 more squares and put it together. It's been in a basket behind my recliner for almost 10 years. The squares are 12"x12".

This unfinished mess is a baby afghan. When we moved our farm, 25 years ago, I was working on the little granny squares. I tossed them all in a bag intending to finish it once we were settled. The baby is now 24 years old.

I also have large Latch Hook rug projects that are in different stages of completion.

Finally blocking the blanket ! The pins took way too long but now they're finally done and I can start steaming. I also measured the blanket to be 33x40, so it's pretty tiny. I'm very nervous that the steam might make the pins rust and I think it will. Anyway here goes nothing....

You should definitely get specific pins for blocking -- rust proof and with glass heads that will not melt using steam and an iron. They are worth it for all sorts of textile projects. Your blanket looks very nice!
