My little two week old polish has it's bottom beak sticking slightly to the side it wasn't like that when I took him home can I fix it or will it go back to normal :(

I would get some poultry vitamins that contain minerals (many do not) and give him some daily to help prevent it from getting worse. Feeding will be important, and he may need his food in a bowl with high sides, and his feed moistened with water to help him get enough. Later you could use pellet feed when he is older. Here is a good source that has a lot of info on crossbeak care:

I have a Silkie roo like this. We call him "Grimace". He only really needs occasional trimming to keep the upper and bottom mandibles aligned. He eats just fine. I'd follow the advice of the poster above and see if you can prevent it from worsening. But it isn't always a death sentence.

I use a dremel to "file" mine, but a lot of folks just use dog nail clippers. I find the dremel is quicker and the chicken appreciates it more. You just want to be careful not to cut beyond to blood line or "quick" and always have styptic powder on hand just in case.

This isn't my picture but I posted it so you could see what I am talking about. The part you want to trim is the sort of semi-transparent bit that hangs over the bottom mandible, or would if your chicken's beak weren't crossed.

That's called crooked beek.
To give her water use a syringe and put water into her mouth. If it just drips out of her beek you can drop it down her throught. Make shure it doesn't drip down her wind pipe only her throught.
To feed her you can use a feeding tube and put wet squishy chicken food into her crop. Keep the tube in her throught don't put the feeding tube into her windpipe or lungs or she will aspirat. A easyer way to feed her would mix a little chicken food and a little bit of water till it's all wet and soupy. Help her drink it. To keep her beek "normal" you can file the part sticking out but don't file to much...do not file the pink part or she will bleed. Hope this helps:)

I have a 4 1/2 week old chick that when it is facing you and you are looking at the top beak it slants to the left a little bit. The top and bottom do not close on that side either yet it closes on the right side. It was the runt of the flock and mommy hen left if behind when it was a day old after getting all the others tucked under her for the night. The little thing was only about 5 feet away from mom. We brought it in so it wouldn't die. It seems to be eating and drinking just fine and the bottom beak appears to be normal. Do you think it has a chance of living a normal life? I will start the vitamins today when I get home. I caught one from the flock on Easter morning. Mom came out of hiding on Good Friday. Some of them had hatched a day or so before she came out in the open. This one I think hatched that day. It was pretty weak in the legs. Any feed back will be helpful.

It ok but in the end god said that was not the plan.... She was buried under a shady mulberry tree
